Mowing Down the Competition
Father's Day, oversized racing mowers, and Home Depot, with a touch of destruction thrown in for good measure. What else could possibly be more manly than that?
Blockdot created a promotional game for Home Depot for their Father's Day contest. We took the idea of backyard racing to the next level by designing over the top, pimped-out mowers. Racers would plow through their back yard on gleaming, shiny, chrome mowers complete with spinners, tail fins and racing stripes.
My favorite part was coming with the design of the racing mowers and seeing them "come to life" in 3d.
